Introduction
Darbond® Pre-applied Threadlocker 2204 is two component, high strength pre-applied threadlocker. Mix A and B component evenly before use, and pre-apply to the surface of thread, and use directly after drying. Can be applied manually and automatically, the effect is equivalent to Darbond 2262 and 2271. Prevent the threaded fasteners from loosening, leaking and rust.

High strength, two component.Be equivalent to Darbond Threadlocker 2262 and 2271.Applicable to phosphated and electroplated surfaces. Designed for pre-applying screws (bolts) M8-M16.Typical Applications
Used in areas where needs loosening proof, leaking proof, corrosion proof, and where mechanical loosening proof method doesn't work, such as fast assembling line of automobiles and motorcycles.
